Unfortunately, I don't think you will get much for a 99 that needs those repairs. I would make the Saab a second car for use in emergencies and just pay minimal insurance on it. The issues you mentioned don't seem too expensive to fix, although that depends on your Saab indy and how much he charges. The leaking oil cooler can be resealed, and is a $350 job at my indy. The check engine/check gearbox issue sounds like it is a transmission selector sensor issue. Most 9-5's of that age will also start to smoke, but it doesn't mean the turbo will fail soon. I think the most important issues are the gearbox light and the oil cooler. If you fix those issues, then you could have a pretty great second car.
Also, the Acura TSX is a great car. Test drive it if you're serious about buying it! Look at 2005 or newer though because they have integrated bluetooth from those years on! Best of luck!
