I recently purchased a 1999 9-5 from an auction, Spoke the the previous owner and he informed me that it had a rebuilt engine and turbo. I took it to a mechanic(not saab) and he told me to get an airflow meter and ignition control module. I replaced the module, with a red one and no change. My turbo hose has a whole in it and the engine misfires at over 70 mph. Also I can not go up hill without downshifting to first. Where should I start.
