From Saabusa.com
"Q: I've heard that Saab is under new ownership. What happens to my Saab vehicle warranty and no-charge scheduled maintenance?
A: Saab vehicle coverage will be unchanged. Saab vehicles will continue to be covered by current warranty and service plans, and customers should continue to have their vehicles serviced at Saab dealerships."
Your dealer should be doing all work covered by the CPO warranty without hesitation and billing GM.
CPO documents should have come with the car and the salesperson should have reviewed them with you before you took delivery.
The salesperson should have meticulously detailed documentation of all work done to the car to bring it up to Certified Pre-Owned condition... Every detail down to the mm thickness of the brake pads. There's a standard checklist they go though to ensure they don't miss anything.
I'll try to scan in the CPO docs that came with my 9-5 and post them here later.
Do you have another dealership within reasonable distance to get service work done?
Sounds like your current dealer is no good.... no actually, they sound horrible!
There's a PDF on saabusa.com see the link below. It will tell you everything that is and is not covered.
