Sorry, posting again with name...
Suggestion, try taking one of those T30 bits (about an inch long?) and reach up, test fit and make sure you're getting it squarely in. Then use a little box end or stubby rachet to break it loose. Sometimes I use black electrical tape to hold those little bits on or in another socket or spanner. Let us know how you progress.
