Jiffy Lube put ATF in my power steering reservoir

Noticed my oil level was way below normal today, so I bit the bullet and went to Jiffy Lube, to avoid a bigger problem. While there, they topped up my power steering reservoir with ATF.
My car has 146K miles, and the steering fluid does occasionally show low, which is why I always keep a can of the approved CHF 11s in my trunk. I hadn't checked it in a while, so I have no doubt I needed a top-up; however, I forgot about this, and now there is ATF mixed in there.
What are the issues? Should I have the system flushed?
Thanks,
KevinH
