John Myers is right. I made the same mistake as you, Adam, this past weekend while working on my 9-3 (same set up). One of the two 13mm bolt is hidden under the rubber hose. If your hose is stuck like mine, you might opt to remove the housing without removing the hose, then the bolt under the hose has to be removed first before the housing comes loose. The other 13mm bolt on the engine side has another 13mm bolt right next to it (for something else, not the thermostat housing). I too removed that one before realizing that I missed the one hidden under the hose.
