everything is negotiable... maybe look for one that has sit for a while because of price... I got our 2004 as is for a very reasonable price last spring + haven't had to do much (probably did more than I needed to though with the suspension). What I've noticed is a lot of the good ones (especially wagons) got picked over + the market is smaller now... though some will get scared + sell/trade this spring, so there may be more supply then... it all comes down to supply + demand... there is some demand: saab loyalists looking to snap up a (possibly) last saab ever... probably the balance hasn't changed that much + parts don't seem to be a huge concern...
