search ride height + you will find many threads on this, but it is wise to measure your ride height on each wheel prior to taking things apart. This will help you choose the correct spacer heights. JeffO2's website lists the target values for each corner for Aero + normal suspensions, and with different wheel sizes. Note that if you change the springs, that complicates the end ride height. With Konis, it is possible to raise the height in-situ if you use the lower perch initially. So I'd almost recommend using the lower perch + adding spacers if you've got them.
DIY wasn't hard, but look through this bb for tips. Soaking things in liquid wrench helped a little, as did owning a big breaker bar + you'll need spring compressors... all of that is no big deal...
