I would recommend the coolant thermostat and ECT sensor since it is easier to replace the thermostat going through the timing belt area then it is removing the intake manifold.
And when the cam sprockets are off, also replacing the camshaft seals at this mileage.
Valve cover gaskets might also be due now.
Serpentine belt and tensioner pulley or complete tensioner assembly.
Definitely timing belt pulleys.
Right motor mount since it is removed.
