liked them on my 2002 Aero SW, like them on my current cars.
I wouldn't trade it for "dumb" versions. I may change my tune when/if they cause problems, but I don't seem to recall seeing problems here, yet...
Programming Homelink may be easy, may not. Mine definitely was not. I have a Overhead Door Co opener (made by Genie), finally gave their customer service a call. Tried some things not in the book, still didn't work with the hand-held remotes (they had two different frequencies, tried both). Finally pulled the wireless keypad remote off the wall, was able to use it. SAAB just didn't like the hand-helds. It appeared to take the programming, but just couldn't make the final step with the opener itself.
