Have tried all of that. Have left the battery off over night, etc. The car will turn over and start if I start the car right after connecting the battery for 1 sec. Then it seems that the TWICE module tells that ECU that it is not good and the ECU throws (re throws if cleared) the P1460 and then disables fuel, and it looks like the injectors. I jumped the fuel pump relay with still no luck......
The proper operation of the fuel pump is
1) Turn key on, fuel pump hits for a bit and the shuts down. Probably gets up to pressure
2) Car starts and then the fuel pump resumes operation.
Current car does step 1), but since it never really starts (or is told not to), pump does not resume.
soooooo,,,,, Will have to order and wait for a TWICE and KEYS. I am looking at getting a TECH II if I can without too much $$s.
