I'm guessing you mean thin shaft? Ilco makes a blank for those and any reputable automotive locksmith can get them and cut them. I think you can get them with a transponder (which presumably you can get your saab indy to program), but I haven't done this as my car is newer, so I can't vouch that it is 100% compatible with the saab keys... though if it didn't work they probably wouldn't sell them... thick shaft 2nd source key blanks were more challenging to obtain.
However, if you want an authentic saab key, dunno...
