Oil in the transmission coolant reservoir?

Notice what was a little bit of oil in my overflow container car seems to be running fine could it be the trans oil cooler i think it is transmission fluid I'm not sure nothing on the dip stick ?any help appreciated thank you 2001 v6 3.0
