1) Dimitry did not remove the triangular windshield wiper mounting bracket located immediately above the fan. Removing this bracket will make removal of the fan motor much easier. Remove two visible screws and loosen one hidden screw located on the bottom side. The bracket slides under the head of this hidden screw so you only need to loosen it a turn or two.
2) The mounting bracket attached to your new motor may be different than that on your old motor. If so, swapping brackets between the two motors is very easy to do.
