Thank you for the tip about vacuum bleeding and ATE Blue. On my 9000 I fabricated a pressure system using a 1 gal sprayer. I didn't want to go through the exercise of getting another cap and modifying it.
Did some reading on vacuum bleeding...without exception, everyone remarked that air was sucked in b/c of the loose fit of the partially removed bleed screw. Common suggestion was to use teflon tape but only successful in about half the cases. So, pressure bleeding for me....now I gotta get a cap.
Also, what is so special about ATE Blue? Other than the dye to provide contrast to old fluid?
