The wisdom on the forum is that any sort of "power flushing" or blowing out of the transmission is not a good idea since it can tend to dislodge all sorts of crud and send it places you don't want it sent. Usual procedure is to drain the transmission, refill with 4 qts of Type IV transmission fluid ($5/qt at your Toyota dealer vs $20/qt from Saab) and drive it for a week. Do this for a total of 3 times to get all the fluid out.
Search the forum for more info...but power flushing/cleaning is not recommended.
