This is my wifes 03 linear that I basically converted into a stage 2 Aero.
I had to do a head gasket on it and since it was all tore apart, I couldnt resist upgrading it.
The turbo inlet pipe is factory Saab, but the larger one they started using in 2006.
I taped the pcv port on the pipe, 3/8 npt, and screwed in a AN-elbow.
The hose is 3/8 id, about 28" long, and it slips right over the T-fitting on the pcv #6, back by the oil fill cap.
There is no sense to keep the old steel pcv pipe.
The summers here are hot so I wrapped the Genuine Saab down pipe
It was easy and will supposedly reduce under hood temps.
I installed a mechanical oil pressure gauge too and kept the stock oil pressure switch.
The fancy chrome bpv's are just for show.
The stock valve is good for up to about 25 psi boost.
