Are you referring to the large piece of plastic next to the seat-bottom edge where the knobs for the seat controls are? The part number is molded into it on the inside. There are 4 attachment points, and usually 2 of them are broken. The 2 switch knobs will pop off with a little leverage from a small screwdriver, then there are 2 plastic circles that cover 2 torx bolts (use a small jeweler's screwdriver or razor blade edge to pop out); you will need an extension to reach the one in the middle. The third torx bolt is underneath at the forward edge (tilt the front up), and the 4th attachment point is just a slot- slide the entire piece forward and it will fall off (if it isn't broken already).
I think this is the part #: 12761172
