The heater and cooled switches push out from behind. Take out the little shelf below the switches. It pulls out pretty easily but don't do what I did! I slid out the little shelf/box and the plastic hook on the box caught my wood insert for the shifter console and it ruined that. Maybe put down some painter's tape to protect the insert? Then pop out the switches and take off the white plastic cover on each switch to access the one hidden bulb. Two bulbs per switch. They are grain of wheat 12 volt, 60 ma lamps (Radio Shack or Amazon). Or you can go the LED route. I got mine installed today but need to wait for night to see if they are good or bad. Merry Christmas! I'll update with my thoughts on LED's versus OEM tungsten filament.
