I have to agree I think, surmise,(albeit sight unseen ) his A/c system has an issue all my saabs have had a GREAT A/c system and we live in the bloody hotter than Hade's desert! 125F heat! there must be an issue undiscovered and unresolved and needing repair . sounds like a rationale, an excuse to get a new car which is ok if you want one get one! but please get the A/c system professionally diagnosed and repaired at least for the next owner! I have heard something about that recirculation door is it also called a "blend "door? I saw someone had even made aluminum parts that wouldn't break ? was it GS ? if the air output is as stated, pathetic mayhaps the A/c fan speed resistor or the blower motor or the A/c switch assy ? There has to be something wrong(mayhaps for years ) that could be made right please fix it and let us know what it is regards, neil
