I have the same issue on my '99 SE. Not only did I bust a bunch of its plastic clips when r/r the cabin fan motor, but the rubber seal facing the windshield was severely cracked and crumbling. I decided to run a bead of black silicone sealant along the edge instead. Since it lies below the hood sightline, it's not visible except when standing overhead.
The SoCal sun is merciless. While my car has zero rust, UV / Ozone induced deterioration of the myriad of plastic, rubber and painted surfaces has taken its toll. Those of us who keep these cars are going to have to become adept in plastic working skills. I am going to try PlastiFix or the like to repair some of the smaller broken pieces I have accumulated.
With the advent of more affordable 3D printing, perhaps DIYers will begin to swap and share CAD files to replicate NLA parts.
