There are a huge number of differences between the t4 and v6 beyond the main engine itself. It would be completely impractical to swap engines because so many other bits would need to go with them... I suppose it could be done, but I can't see how it could possibly be economically viable on a 14+ year old car. Better to just go spend $3k on a nice t4 car and sell the v6 or live with the v6 (still a nice car). I looked into this once as there was a very nice v6 wagon in the neighbourhood (body, interior, etc) selling dirt cheap due to a blown engine (probably neglected timing belt change or whatnot)... there was no way to make it work for me anyway... You would need to start with a working t4 parts car (maybe rusted/wrecked body, but all mechanicals in great shape), but there would be a lot of swapping.
