Finally, I fixed it.
It's 6mm hex nut on 2003 9-5. After trying different tools, I removed it with Gearwrench EHT891060GD 6mm Ratcheting Nut Driver Shaft with a 8mm socket.
The Recirculating Motor Link Arm is good. The motor gear shaft is broken, and two white gear teeth came off. Replaced both gears with good used parts from junk yard.
