I know that I used an adjustable (Crescent) wrench once, but space was tight and I was lucky the sensor was not really stuck. Do you have an offset (similar to Crow's foot) O2 sensor wrench like this:

I know that I've used one like this successfully in several instances, but I cannot remember whether I used it on the 9-5's "in-situ".
