V6 MAP Sensor O-ring - what size ?? Is the "correct" O-ring available separately ? I have not checked - maybe Swedecar or Bernie know ?
If I had to, I would use my calipers to measure the MAP sensor O.D., get a good I.D. of the opening in the charge air snorkel, and then go the McMaster Carr website. They sell both SAE and metric sizes, so you'll need measurements. My 1st choice would be a Fluorosilicone O-ring (usually blue in color), since they are very flexible and don't compression set. They ARE very prone to cutting / tearing, so the size has to be just big enough and not too big. My second choices would be soft butadiene nitrile (lower Shore hardness) or green hydrogenated nitrile rubber O-rings. These will work fine if the size is correct. I have purchased kits of both these last two, since sometimes it's a try-and-see thing (try Northern Tool, Harbor Freight, etc.)
Don't know if I helped much, but just a few ideas if you can't get the exact part.
