Apparently Continental has phased out the GatorBack design Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Sat, 12 Oct 2019 12:46:31 In Reply to: Anyone buy a Conti belt recently?, SRS900S, Fri, 11 Oct 2019 15:29:02 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I found one sales source with a photo of the former Contitech GatorBack design, and a disclaimer stating the part received may or may not be a GatorBack as Mnfg (Continental) is phasing out the design. Rats! I always felt this design worked better on our 9-5's with the engine's small pulley sizes - Alternator and Upper Idler.
