I assume you used the ProParts Poly bushings? I'm no fan of ProParts but in this case I'm not so sure that you'd have better luck with any poly bushings. I installed PowerFlex poly bushings a few years ago on my '01 Aero and there was clear increase in vibrations, most notable in the steering wheel, but other generic buzz as well.
When I do it again I'll go OEM for sure.
It's not a super fun job so I'm not sure if you are keen to re-do it right away. You could consider increasing the idle speed a tad. Just enough to smooth it out a bit at idle and make it more tolerable until you are ready to tackle it again.
