Clicking but no crank means the starter is engaging but not spinning. Battery is new so that is probably not the issue, but it raises the question if the previous battery was the real cause of the problem which lead to its replacement?
You may be experiencing insufficient voltage at the starter caused by a bad cable as K W identified, but maybe you have a a bad starter. A third possibility is a bad alternator that has not re-charged your new battery, thus causing the battery to become too weak to spin the starter motor.
Have a shop verify the battery charge level as an initial step.
If battery is good, have them check the resistance of the Red Battery cable, it should be zero. Any measurable resistance indicates a bad cable.
If battery charge is bad, have the shop verify the voltage output of the alternator. Low output indicates a bad alternator.
If battery is good and cable is good, then it is most likely a bad starter.
If battery is bad and alternator is good, then you may have a defective battery. Save your Service Receipt for the above diagnostics as the Battery Manufacturer should reimburse you for these costs for a failed 3-week old battery.
