There actually is a Class-II hitch available. I verified earlier today via my owner's manual that the 9-5 is rated for 3,500# IF the trailer is equipped with brakes. I do not plan on towing that much weight but an enclosed trailer containing a Formula-S can exceed the weight limit of the available Class-I hitches.
