OEM shocks and struts are gone at 70,000 miles, maybe sooner. Front ride height sags, but is not critical.
REAR ride height is critical. 620mm for standard and 610mm for Aero. Get the ride height right before you align. Springs sag. New springs sag too. Spacers are the best and most cost effective cure.
And after major suspesion work have a 4 wheel alignment done. Otherwise your might just wreck a new set of tires with cupping or other uneven wear.
