Replacement of rear springs, accomplishes too little and for too short an interval. I've replaced the springs/shocks on an Aero with the Arc model springs/shocks and even that doesn't amount to much. You can shim the rears to go all the way to neutral, and add spacers, and then when the trailer is added in you'll sag less, but ultimately IMO on 2005 and earlier 9-5s, you need to go the route he recommends. We all end up there, eventually.
