I'd say that you have 3 problems:
1 - temp gauge goes to zero: likely thermostat is stuck open but change both thermostat and temp sensor.
2 - p0134: J16 or connector, or maybe sensor itself https://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/9-5/index.html?bID=258170
3 - p0300: replace DIC (but of course check/replace the plugs)
