We were out driving my old 2002 V6 9-5. The car started running badly but the smell was horrible. Turns out the rear DIC fried. Love that smell of burning electronics and the car running on 3 cylinders. I carry a spare DIC and a 30mm torx screwdriver. My friend that was with me at the time was impressed that I had the part and tool to get us going again. That DIC has been in the trunk for years.
