Paul, more great thoughts! I have a great indy I can take it to and check it out... but! You motivated me to get back out and take a look. I swapped out the ACC control module. No difference.
But, I did start fiddling with it and when I manually change the air flow to the front vents (instead of the ACC chosen windshield) it appears that my center vents are blowing much cooler than the outside vents.
So to recap, when ACC vent is selected the left driver vent is hot. The driver right/center vent is lukewarm, the passenger vents and rear are cool.
When ACC windshield is selected, drivers side is cold, passenger is warm.
Would a passenger side stop arm impact the center vent temperatures? Have I been chasing the wrong side after all?
I will definitely get in there and take a look at the passenger side tomorrow.
Thanks for the motivation.
