Hello,
That basically is it. The only specific is that Saab specifies checking the level when the fluid has reached 80 degrees C. Which is pretty hot. I have found if you turn off the ACC close the hood and let the car idle for 10 to 15 minutes after the fan comes on the first time it should be close to that temperature. It takes quite a while for the ATF fluid to reach that temperature when idling. Good Luck, Bernie
