Yes, controller located on passenger side access panel to heater/cooling air box. Same symptoms this Summer on my 2008 Aero. Was not going to cut it b4 making a road trip down to NC and drive my elderly Mom around in Summer heat! Made the right choice to suspect the controller and not the blower and ordered favored cheapest option from the Rock. Relatively EZ replacement compared to nightmare of wiring snaking over to the driver side as well for earlier year cars. Replaced dirty cabin filter at same time but have to go back in because new upper foam spacer wasn't pre-cut to fit A/C supply and return pipes and couldn't leave old one that had turned into sticky angel food cake consistency!
