agm batteries charge differently

Agm batteries should go in cars designed to run agm batteries. The charging scheme is different, if you charge a agm with a non agm charger you will likely shorten the lifespan of the battery. I had one in my 02 v6 and had it replaced under warranty after about 2 years. But I caution, I am not an expert.
