Please do a search on “cowl” and look for the postings from me. I put some of this eBay seal on my car last year and so far so good on a car that lives outside. My postings describe the process and the pitfalls but if you are handy you should be able to accomplish this without much difficulty. Do take the opportunity to clean out the cowl area because it will probably be full of junk that could get sucked into your ACC blower. Also make sure the drain holes are open as I have seen them completely cemented shut which could result in water inside the car. Don’t be afraid to remove the wiper transmission to clean the cowl as it makes the job much easier and it only involves a couple of bolts and the electrical plug.
