I'd recommend a vendor like E-Europarts, to avoid getting components that are of too low quality to be worthy of your time installing them. I suggest replacing the spring, strut, all the bits really, as well as tie rod ends, ball joints, and so forth - in this way you can use an angle grinder and diamond wheel and just cut the frozen parts off and toss them. Trying to replace some parts while triaging others, on a Northern Rust car, sounds like misery to me.
Use the Sports (lower) parts on the front and the Arc (higher ride height) on the rear. I've done three of my Saab 9-5s in this manner - real substantial improvement in handling and refinement.
