Hey Everyone:

My lovely bride's 2008 9-5 Aero with about 150k miles on the clock.

Sudden onset of: only blows warm air, a little better when moving than when still, AC compressor can be heard to kick in when activated and with the following pressures on the gauges at about 24 deg C

Seems consistent with compressor failure. Any opinions from the board before we set off to the mechanic and/or start ordering stuff?

I'm thinking replacing the compressor, receiver-dryer and maybe expansion valve if so equipped?

Thanks for any input.
