I found the stepper motor

As I hit the test feature and or change the temp setting the stepper motor turns and the connecting rod moves. I still get the 11 code and I get heat only on Hi. In the test mode the motor rotates to a stop and then returns to the starting position, probably the other stop. There was no "stepping" observed. It was a smooth run from stop to stop. Could it still be the motor or is something else going on? Tomorrow I will hold the rear defroster for 5 seconds, as per the wis, to recalibrate the system. This will also clear the code from memory and then I will see if the code 11 reappears. Thanks.
