I’m driving a very well maintained 2005 9-5 Aero with 136K miles. On a recent trip from California to Tennessee, two problems surfaced. Intermittent airbag warning lights concurrent comes on and then a few miles later shuts off. More input, I’m driving on a smooth highway in Wyoming and most of the warning lights came on while the speedo quit operating. A few miles and it worked again. Now a couple month later, I’ve had to reset the clock in the Saab data panel above the radio and the speedometer is more off than on. If I park with it off, my remote does not work. If I return and the remote works, so does the speedo. If not… I’m kind of flummoxed at this point! Where do I start my process of diagnosis or taking the car apart?
