... as mentioned.. if you remove the motor, and can easily turn the shaft by hand, does the air come out warmer as you rotate the shaft manually? If so, then it's likely the motor itself..
If the shaft rotates too freely , without moving the flapper, then the shaft is likely broken....
also, try recalibrating the system, and check for codes, if you haven't already... If memory serves me correct, you press the AUTO and OFF buttons simultaneously, and wait for a minute or so, and the system will start recalibrating the flapper positions, etc.. and spit out an error code, other than ZERO is there is a problem...
