The Townsend web site (https://townsendimports.com) is still up but may not be up to date. Says he works by appointment only. There is a "Yelp" page for the business but the newest review is from 2022:

I don't see a business name on the repair shop at Townsend's address, just a sign for Jasper rebuilt engines and transmissions. I do see a 9-5NG near the front and what looks like a 9000 further back so I'd say that must be the place. (That street view photo was taken in July of 2022 and of course things could have changed in nearly 4 years.) If your daughter lives that close to the shop maybe she can go over there and check it out.
