Coolant drip right seam side of engine - Is this it?

Hoping but thinking this is it.
Coolant has been going down for months, small bit (teaspoon) sitting on right side of engine.
The thermostat & hose, coolant pressure were not leaking.

I had pressure applied and we saw a drip right side of engine. Indy thinks it is head gasket.
No leak obviously into reservoir and no smoke out of tail pipe. Has anyone else had external leak like this?
Questions
- I asked Indy about torquing down head bolts further he thinks its unlikely to work. Thoughts?
- He said I could try stop leak temporarily?
- He said with head needing work (quite likely) and then other stuff (timing) its probably not worth it (car does have some rust on both panels)
- I tried to use AC on the drive post-indy, now my heat doesnt work. Unsure if it is blend door, or if its air in the system. When I open the reservoir and run it, I dont see bubbling, in fact its still.
Any advise appreciated, tips? I dont want to move on...
