Our old 2002 SAAB has a new problem. In the morning and even sometimes when we stop on an outing, it won't start. It cranks and cranks. Eventually it starts and if we don't shut it off, it will keep running. I tried starting fluid and it didn't do anything so I'm sure the issue is "Ignition". I've replaced the CPS twice over my ownership of the 9-5. Can a CPS act this way where it makes the Car hard to start?

We purchased the SAAB on 2/3/2006 as a lease return. Best Car we have ever owned. It looks ugly as someone sprayed the SAAB with acid that ate down to the metal on the Hood and Roof.
