Hello,
Back when the cars were fairly new a retorque often would fix a coolant leak from the head. Didn't happen often but probably worked 80% of the time. Don't know at 265k. On these heads I've never had to have any real work done to them. New valve stem seals is about it. Saab did not recommend getting a valve job. Personally I would throw a head gasket and valve stem seals at it. I may try the retorque first just because there will be some that are loose usually the last 2 bolts at that end of the head. Good Luck, Bernie
