Was doing my normal thing under the hood checking for vacuum leaks, and decided to suck on the vac advance line, well none to my surprise the vac advance was out..so bought another today, and began the process of putting it in.. well in that process relized my HALL sensor's plastics had cracked, and were scattered about the innards of my distributor.. well.. decided to pull the distrib, and disassemble and see if I could aquire a rebuilt kit.. to my dismay the bloody pin that holds the 'gear' on to the distrib will not come out.. so tommarow means new distrib and this one goes into the "Needs Attention, Used Parts" pile.. so i'll have a backup..just don't have the time to mess with this damn pin..cuz working 6 days a week with saturday as yer only day off dosn't leave much room for anything else. anywho.. just "venting" i guess.. oh and perhaps someone could give me their opinions ons MobilOne 5w-30 TriSynth oil before I put it in.. I have also been running Prolong..
