My 92 900 with 136k miles has the infamous small rattle from the chain when cold, and of course pretty much goes away when it is warm. Is there a way to adjust the tensioner on these 2.1 engines? Any suggestions? If I have my chain replaced, what would be the approximate hours that my mechanic should charge for the job. Also on another note, my AC compressor clutch is just starting to slip. My question is, what is the procedure for replacing the clutch, do you have to evacute the system get a new drier and all that jazz?
