It's supposed to go from the 2-port PCV nipple on the valve cover to the plastic turbo inlet duct.

The large hose scavenges crankcase vapors to the intake duct while the car is under boost - the check valve on the small PCV hose should close.

If you look down between the inlet runners, there should be a "Y" sort of fitting from one of the hoses from the water pump, right over the knock sensor. That's the inlet for the coolant water in the concentric PCV/throttle body heating hose.

For the time being, I'd recommend plugging the hose on both ends (assuming you can find the other end) because it's a giant leak of unmetered air into the system and you'll run leaner than the fuel injection computer can compensate for.
